2. Full Property Report

Following the consultation we can prepare an in-depth property report detailing what we believe is required. This report makes recommendations that can either be implemented by ourselves (and partner trades professionals if required) or yourselves, this could be anything from a basic de-clutter, re-decoration, through to larger refurbishment projects. A timescale and price is quoted for each room and the exterior of the property, you can then decide whether to do all or some of the project yourself dependant on your budget. Once the work is completed we would recommend your agent arranges an ‘open house’ to maximise the results.
